Hello Familia,
Things are pretty nuts for me right now. I have whitewashed into Hyde (in Manchester). I'm serving with Elder Matute from Honduras who is about 5 months old in the field and didn't know a word of English before his mission (he is pretty good now though). We also have a baptism this Saturday, which apparently I have to do the interview for tonight. The elders before us apparently had one hour to get all their stuff and move out of the flat, so it was a MESS when we got there. I could hardly handle it. We have got it to respectable status. It took us about a half an hour to find the library this morning. We just followed the street signs. This is absolutely crazy, and I love it! =) I haven't been this stressed since I moved to Rochdale about a year ago. I had nightmares all night about sleeping in and having things just fall apart in this area, haha. Things should mellow out very shortly, but I'm loving it right now. I'm glad I got to have this experience before I left. My luggage also broke when I was getting transferred to Hyde and I had my first (and probably, only) opportunity to drive on my own in England. They had me help take a car back to the mission office. It wasn't proper though because it was an automatic. Our flat really isn't that bad when it's clean and Elder Matute is a hard worker. I'm excited to see everything that will happen. Oh, and the weather has been lovely. I'm excited for my first opportunity to just sit and think, which will hopefully happen in about an hour or so. Life is good and the gospel is true :)
I hope that everyone is doing well back home. Thank you for the emails. I'll try to give a response to all of them.

Elder Misbach

Hello Family,
This past week has been a good one; many miracles. Last night we had a full night of knocking doors and we were let in to two. Both of the men solidly accepted baptism. Great stuff! We had another meeting in Liverpool which was nice. Elder Sumner and I are getting along great and we are seeing a lot of success because of it. I also found out that all of the truly disgusting dishes in the UK have dried fruit (Sultanas in particular) as one of their ingredients, if not the main ingredient. I had "Christmas Cake" this week, which is essentially half cake and half dried fruit. It was so gross I could hardly choke it down. I did though because these were two of my favorite members in the ward. Elder Sumner and I regularly have debates about what is "good" food, and I am happy to say that (in my mind) I always win =) This is my last P-day of the transfer, so I wont be emailing until Wednesday or Thursday of next week. I have been here for 6 months now, so I will most likely be leaving Warrington and going to my last area. Crazy stuff!
I hope everyone is going well. If there are any requests for (cheap) souvenirs please let me know :)

Myself in front of the temple (possibly for the last time)

Hello family,
Things are going great in Warrington. We had three investigators in sacrament this last week and now we have one dated investigator! Woo! I taught my first lesson to someone who hardly speaks English this last week. She is from Hungary and is very bad with English. We had to use a/an (?) Hungarian pamphlet to teach her. It obviously went well though because then she walked to church with us on Sunday. Teaching her is an experience I certainly wont forget. Things are just going very well and we are really busy. The weather is also becoming really nice. Today is gorgeous. (I say gorgeous, but to be honest, it would qualify as "normal" back home). Things are looking up. Elder Sumner and I are still getting along great and seeing miracles because of it. I also gave myself another haircut last night, so I'm feeling refreshed. Things are good =)
I hope everything is going well back home! Talk to you soon!

Update
Hello Family,
Things are still going very well in Warrington. We had the same two investigators come to church this last week and they are doing great. They are both praying for a date to be baptized on. I had my third exchange in Liverpool this past week, which was fun. Our mission president and his wife also came to our ward yesterday and spoke. That was very good. Everyone enjoyed their talks and they were able to meet our investigators. When I email next I will be 3 months and 1 day aways from the end of my mission. Very weird. A lot of my friends have been writing and saying that it will be their last letter they will write me on their mission. Tanner I think is already home. Chase, Mike, and Abe all go home this week. Crazy! I'm doing my best to stay focused though. Overall things are good.
I hope everyone back home is doing well and I'll talk to you soon!

Hello Family,
This past week has been absolutely fantastic. We have seen so many miracles it's ridiculous. We knocked on a door at 8:50 pm last Sunday and spoke to the husband of a woman that has always been interested in this church. Last week, right after emails, she contacted us and we taught her that night in a member's home. We have taught her twice since and she has come to church. She is awesome. Then we contacted a referral out in the boondocks. It took us two hours on the bikes to get out there, but it was well worth it. We have taught her and her daughter and she has come to church now. Just absolutely marvelous stuff! The Lord has certainly blessed us this week. We also had zone conference this week, which went very well. We watched a clip that was made by the The One Show on the channel BBC 1. Apparently about 6 million people watch this show every night, so it's pretty big. They did a clip on the church because of all the Mitt Romney business and they interviewed two missionaries from our mission. Wow it was cheesy, haha. The missionaries were really nervous, but it ended up pretty good. I also finished my mormon.org profile, which I'm quite pleased with, ha. You should take a look at it www.mormon.org/me/8842. Other than that, things are good. Elder Sumner and I are doing great and working hard.
I hope everyone back home is doing well.

Hello Family,
Things are good in Warrington. Elder Tellem is going to be staying with us for another week and a half! Woo! Elder Cline had his surgery, which went well, but now he is staying with the office elders until January 18th. So I will be serving in a threesome for two weeks =) That is something I have wanted to do for a while now. It's great because Elder Tellem is from Wales and Elder Sumner is from Birmingham, so whenever someone tries to accuse us of being American (or even more specifically from Utah) we can stop them in their tracks, hehe. (I normally just don't talk in those situations). It's quite entertaining as well because, for the first time, I'm the minority. So when I'm talking about how much better the States are I have no backup, whereas they backup each other about how great the UK is. (They are living in denial). We have had some great conversations. The condition of the flat was seriously worrying me until this morning when we got to clean it. We are back in shape now. I also finally gave myself a hair cut again and it feels like a breath of fresh air. I love short hair. We are going to go eat at a very popular restaurant here called Nandos today. I have heard nothing but good reviews about it. They deal with everything chicken, so I'm super stoked. They big appeal to this place is there many different sauces that they cook the chicken in. I'm definitely excited for this. I'm also doing well with my diet and exercise. This time around I have made it MUCH more reasonable, so I have been able to stick to it much better. The bikes are good and, luckily, we have an extra one for Elder Tellem! (He wasn't very pleased to find that out, haha). It is hilarious to see the three of us riding down the street stopping people and talking to them. Elder Sumner is doing much better on the bike. Every once and awhile he will get short bursts of confidence where he charges out in front. This companionship is so entertaining. We also had one of the most spiritual lessons of my mission this last week with the husband of a less active who has been diagnosed as terminally ill with cancer. They have a one year old girl that has loads of health problems as well. It was a very powerful lesson, so we look forward to teaching them more. We also have a tea appointment every day this week except for Zone Conference. Good stuff =)
Overall, things are good. The gospel continues to bring more and more joy. I hope that everyone back in America is doing well. I'll speak to you soon!

Hello Familia,
GO 49ERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My week has been quite nice. It's been very fun with the three of us. We have lots of debates as to whether America or the UK is better. I always win, but they keep at it, haha. We have been getting a lot done and it's going well. We had our Zone Conference this last week, which was good. They have changed a lot with our new mission president, but they are still enjoyable. My diet isn't holding up very well, but I'm exercising great. I'm starting to look like I did when I left. Nando's ended up being delicious, but WAY expensive. For a chicken sandwich (small sandwich), fries, and a drink it cost roughly $20 (£12-13). It was really good though. The weather has also been pretty nice thankfully. It is freezing, but at least we are dry. Overall things are going good, and now that I have heard about the 49ers my status would be classified as "magnificent" Thank you for all the emails, I thoroughly enjoyed each one (even though I have only referenced the one about the 49ers, ha).
I hope that everything is going well back home!

Hello Family,
Things are going well in Warrington England. Elder Cline's ankle isn't healing like it is supposed to so Elder Tellem will be staying with us for the rest of this transfer. We aren't using the bikes as much just because of the awkwardness and the weather. Now that Elder Tellem is staying with us we are covering his area as well (Widnes). Between both of our areas we have one progressing investigator, and that's in Widnes, haha. Things are a bit slow, but we are working hard. The only subject of conflict between the three of us is cleanliness. If the flat ends up in the same condition it did this last week...there will be contention. Other than that the threesome is great! It's a bit weird to have my district also be my companionship, but it makes call-in reports very easy, ha. I officially have the smallest district in the mission, ha. The weather right now is getting cold, but it's staying dry for the most part, which is nice. It's not nearly as bad as last year, so I'm not complaining. There isn't much else to report.
I hope everyone (especially Theo) is doing well!

Hello family,
Things in Warrington are good. We are still working hard, but not much is happening. We actually have just come off of a pretty tough week. But we are enjoying it and still having a good time. Tomorrow we are in charge of the Youth activity. When I first heard about it I didn't really want to do much because it's not my greatest strength, but I have ended up organizing the whole thing, haha. I got an idea while we were brainstorming and I had to go with it. What we are going to do is a variation on the old game show "Whammy." Instead of trivia questions they are answering gospel questions, and instead of a bunch of screens with a moving cursor they are randomly throwing ping pong balls into cups. I'm really excited for it and I think it will go well. It's surprising how much stuff needs to be worked out in order to organize an activity like that. The flat is back into good condition. It's the cleanest it's been since Elder Tellem came with us. I don't have much hope for it staying that way though. This could also be my last full week in Warrington. Transfers are next week. I'm disappointed that Theo didn't come, for many reasons, but also because now I have to wait until next Wednesday or Thursday to find out. Other than that, there isn't much going on. The weather is pretty good right now. Life is good. I hope everything is going well back home!

Hello slightly-larger familia,
Things in Warrington are going well. I am staying for a fourth transfer here (six months total) which means that I have officially stayed in my areas longer than anyone else in my group. It will be good when I visit though because I'll know the people and places more. I'm staying with Elder Sumner and Elder Tellem is going back to Widnes to serve with Elder Youles, who is from London. He has a very thick "cockney" (London) accent, which is quite entertaining but could make call-ins difficult. We also have a new senior couple in the District called the Summers who live in Utah, but are from Texas. So I have a proper District again! The UK is well represented as well, which will be interesting, haha. Not much to report really. I'm excited for my third-to-last transfer. I officially had four months left last Monday. It's sad and exciting at the same time. It's very cold, but we are pressing forward. The flat is nice and clean again because Elder Tellem has left. It is very refreshing.
I loved the pictures of Baby Theo!! I have been waiting for that for over a week now. I'm so excited to meet him when I get back and I'm glad that everything has gone so well. I hope that things continue to go well for everyone and I'll talk to you soon!

Things are going well in Warrington. We aren't achieving much right now, but we are working hard. It is going to be a great transfer. We had our District Leader Council this last week and it was really good. We have a great transfer focus that I think is going to go over really well. Nothing has really happened in the past few days. I keep learning a lot of random things from Elder Sumner. He would be great at trivial pursuit. He has so much random knowledge it's crazy. He is also very intelligent when it comes to the gospel as well, which is good. We have a lot of good doctrinal discussions. I'm determined to get back into shape these last four months, so we have started running again. I can't say I have altered my diet, but my exercise is good. I over did our first run and I was sore for the next three days, but I think I'm good now. Not much else to report really. Things are good and the gospel is true! Well Hello Familia,
I still don't have much to report sadly. That was an excellent bunch of emails though, thank you! Elder Sumner continues to struggle with the bike. He is a good sport about it though. I almost went flying into a roundabout today as we were on our way to the library, but he was able to slam his boots into the ground just in time. It doesn't help his situation that his brakes are horrible. New Years Eve was excellent. We watched Toy Story 2, half of Monsters Inc., and The Chronicles of Narnia 2. We didn't do much on New Years Day. Church was good, then we took a nap, went to our Ward Mission leaders for a meal, went to the Barlows for a buffet, and then headed back. Yesterday was our P-day and I was able to take a 3 hour nap for the first time in about a year. It was great =) I have successfully finished my candy and I only have healthy food at the flat. I'm also doing well with exercise right now, so hopefully I can keep it up. One last interesting thing is that Elder Cline (who is now in my district with Elder Tellem in Widnes) will be having surgery this week, so I will be serving in a threesome from Wednesday until sometime next week. That should be fun. Other than that, things continue to go well and the gospel remains true.
I hope that everyone is doing well and enjoying the new year!

Hello Familia,
Well transfers are completed and I am still in Warrington, but I'm now with Elder Sumner from Birmingham. He is quite an experienced missionary, which is very nice. I can tell that we will be able to get a lot done. He learned how to ride a bike right before his mission and has spent, in total, an hour of time on a bike. He is really struggling right now, ha. But we are still doing well. There isn't much going on in the area. One of our two investigators is out of town, and the other one we only see once a week. For the most part we are just finding all of the time, but it's good. I have decided that I'm going to eat all of my Christmas candy this week (and I'm already progressing nicely towards achieving that goal) so that next week I can begin my fitness program. I'm going to start with just managing what I eat because it is very difficult to exercise well at this time of the year. Wish me luck. Feel free to give any suggestions. The weather is still very weird. We haven't received any snow and it was actually raining and hailing on us today. Christmas was nice, we just went over to members homes, ate, and watched church movies. All the members were fans of my new music that I got. There isn't really much to report especially because we spoke to each other only a few days ago, sorry.
I hope that everyone is good and that the holidays are going well. Talk to you next year!
